Mark Lynady - Fire Marshal

The Fire Prevention Division of the City of Palatka Fire Department ensures compliance of State and Local fire codes relating to all new and existing commercial construction in the City of Palatka. The process involves reviewing submitted plans, approval for the issuance of permits, inspecting during all phases of new or existing construction, and issuing certificates of occupancies after final inspection. Conduct fire and arson investigations.
